Framework Contract for Procurement of Lab Items and Equipment by DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal

DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal, a government healthcare institution in Punjab, invites electronic bids on a framework contract basis from registered firms, importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers and general order suppliers for the procurement of lab chemicals, reagents, rapid test kits, RR insulin lab equipment and other items detailed in the tender document. The framework contract is for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated budget of Rs. 92,84,750. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eProcurement) with a two-stage single envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be duly registered with relevant tax and revenue authorities. No physical financial instruments such as CDRs or bank guarantees will be accepted. Bid validity period is 180 days from the date of opening. All bids must be submitted online through the eProcurement system by 11:00 AM on July 29, 2026, with no hard copies required.

Proposals will be opened online on the same date at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of DHQ Hospital Narowal. The procuring agency shall not be responsible for any failure on the part of firms to submit bids or for technical errors or internet failures.
