Construction of Boundary Wall and Main Gate for Park Formation in Jhelum City

The Municipal Corporation Jhelum, under the Local Government and Community Development Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed competitive bids for the construction of a boundary wall and main gate for the formation of a park in Bilal Town, Jhelum City, Punjab. This project aims to establish proper infrastructure for the new park with a secure perimeter boundary and controlled main access point. The bidding documents are issued for single-stage single-envelope competitive bidding procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2014.

Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in civil construction works and must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) and GST registration. All bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bidding data sheet. Bidders should carefully review all tender conditions including general stipulations, price adjustment clauses, and construction methodology requirements. A pre-bid meeting may be held at the discretion of the employer to clarify technical specifications and site conditions.

Bidding documents can be obtained from the Municipal Corporation Jhelum office during official working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted at the designated location on or before the bid closing date in July 2026. Bids will be opened publicly on the specified date, and the employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the bidding process. All bidders must sign an Integrity Pact and comply with the provisions of the PPRA Act 2009 and Public Procurement Rules 2014. Technical evaluation and financial bid evaluation shall be conducted as per the prescribed criteria in the bidding documents.
