Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department invites tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for the execution of maintenance and repair works at the ADC Office, Jauharabad, District Khushab, Punjab. The project is valued at 1.543 million rupees with an estimated cost as the basis for participation. Bidding is conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System (ePADS) in line with amended PPRA Rules, and all participating firms must comply with the prescribed online procurement mechanism and regulatory requirements issued from time to time. Interested contractors must register with the relevant Pakistan Engineering Council category and maintain active registration on the Punjab PPRA website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/eAuction before submission to participate in this tender.
Eligibility is restricted to firms holding valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. All bidders must deposit earnest money equivalent to five percent of the estimated contract cost through the digital mechanism of the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System (ePADS) within the prescribed timeline. Bidders are required to quote rates against each entry and item of DNIT and BOQs and completely fill pages of rate analysis, summary and sub-summaries in financial bids; incomplete financial bids with blank DNITs, BOQs, or blank rate analysis pages will be declared non-responsive and excluded from lowest evaluated bidder determination. False information, fake CDRs, or incomplete documentation will result in disqualification and bar the contractor from participating in future Government of Punjab tenders under Public Procurement Rules.
Tender documents must be submitted on the ePADS platform without pages missing or incomplete submissions. The tender opening committee will retrieve and quote successful bidders' rates on 16-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division, with all bids evaluated in the presence of the opening committee on the same date. Complete tender documents are available on the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx, and response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to ten percent of the contract amount through the prescribed online mechanism within the stipulated period.
