Medicines, surgical disposables and medical devices vendor registration by Govt Mian Munshi DHQ Teaching Hospital Lahore

Govt. Mian Munshi DHQ Teaching Hospital, Lahore invites sealed tenders from General Sales Tax and Income Tax registered vendors for the supply of medicines, surgical disposables, medical devices, laboratory kits and other healthcare items on a day-to-day basis (LPDD) during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is open to all qualified vendors bearing valid drugs sale licenses issued under Punjab Drug Rules, operating within a 10 kilometre radius of the hospital in Lahore, Punjab province. Vendor registration is mandatory for participation in local purchase activities. The scope includes all types of drugs, medicines, and surgical and disposable items required throughout the year on an as-needed basis.

Vendors must meet strict eligibility criteria to participate in this tender. Applicants must hold a valid Drug Sale License (Form-09 under Punjab Drug Rules), General Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Income Tax Registration Certificate, and CNIC documentation. A minimum annual turnover of three million rupees is required, along with at least one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist. Vendors must maintain a computerized inventory management system and submit proof of pharmacy location within the prescribed radius. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee (refundable) is mandatory for all bids.
