Description / Scope of Work
The National Institute of Technology (NIT) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of medical equipment, supplies, and related materials under this National Invitation for Tender (NIT) reference NIT/CMW/8.4/KMC/296/2026. The procurement covers multiple items with an estimated total value of approximately 3,000 Pakistani Rupees, to be supplied to various healthcare facilities and departments operated by NIT in Sindh province. The scope includes provision of specialized medical equipment, consumables, and auxiliary supplies required for medical operations and patient care, with delivery to be completed within the specified timeframe at designated locations in Sindh.
Bidders must hold valid business registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant professional licenses or certifications as required for the supply of medical items. Bid security equivalent to the specified percentage of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee, demand draft, or similar financial instrument. Bidders are required to be registered with appropriate regulatory bodies and possess demonstrated experience in supply of similar medical items, with preference given to registered vendors with established track records in healthcare supply chains.

Sealed bids must be submitted on or before the closing date of 21 July 2026 by 2:00 PM at the address designated in the tender document.
