IT Hardware and Equipment Procurement for Punjab Digital Transport Governance Phase-2

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT hardware and equipment for the Punjab Digital Transport Governance Phase-2 (ITOPS-01) project in Punjab province. The procurement consists of two main packages: Package A includes laptops, tablets, printers and thermal devices with an estimated total cost of approximately 77 million Pakistani rupees; Package B covers laptops and various hardware components for the Magnificent Punjab Project (EGOV-98) valued at approximately 9.7 million rupees. The first package involves supply of 15 Laptop Ultra7 units, 70 Laptop Ultra5 units, 141 tablets, 5 all-in-one printers, 5 document scanners and 100 Bluetooth thermal printers. The second package requires 4 Laptop Ultra7 units, VR headsets, AR hardware with 360 cameras, and mobile phones running Android and iOS operating systems. Bid security amounts are fixed for each item ranging from 20,000 to 630,000 Pakistani rupees.

Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and comply with all requirements specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Interested vendors should possess valid tax registration certificates and relevant business credentials as mentioned in the tender document. All bids must include the required bid security in fixed amounts as listed in the tender schedules and must be submitted in complete conformity with tender specifications and conditions.

Bidders must submit their complete bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) portal at https://epa.punjab.gov.pk by 11:30 AM on the closing date of August 4, 2026.
