PDOHA Karachi invites sealed bids from registered firms for the procurement and installation of air conditioning units at the DHACSS Ph-IV Campus in Karachi, Sindh. The tender encompasses the supply and installation of two AC 2.0 Ton Inverter units and six AC 1.5 Ton Inverter units. The scope of work includes complete installation and related civil works at the designated campus location in Karachi.
Bidders must be registered under the Income Tax Act and Sales Tax Act of Pakistan. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and technical requirements can be obtained from the undermentioned office upon submission of a written application and payment of PKR 1,000 as a non-refundable fee in the form of a Pay Order made in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. The bid security amount and other financial conditions shall be as specified in the tender document.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 1030 hours on 24 July 2026 to the Executive Director Procurement office located at 2/B East Street, Phase-I, DHA Karachi 75500. Bids will be opened at 1100 hours on the same date. DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations.
