Individual Consultant Selection for Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project

The Pakistan Meteorological Department is issuing a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) for the recruitment of an individual consultant under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (Project ID: P180323). This World Bank-funded initiative aims to strengthen flood resilience and adaptation capabilities across Pakistan. The procurement is being conducted through Individual Consultant Selection methodology, with the borrower bid reference PK-PMD-542130-CS-INDV. The consultant will support project implementation activities related to flood risk management and resilience building in coordination with the Deputy Project Director based in Islamabad.

The position is open to qualified individuals meeting the specified professional requirements and eligibility criteria. Candidates must demonstrate relevant expertise in flood resilience, disaster risk management, or related technical fields.
