Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Cantonment Board invites bids for the provision of door-to-door solid waste collection, road sweeping, and environmentally safe waste disposal services in Ward No. 6, Lahore Cantonment. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted on a national basis using a single stage-one envelope bidding process. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive municipal waste management including daily collection from residential and commercial properties, regular road sweeping and cleaning, and safe disposal of collected waste in compliance with environmental regulations. The contract will be executed in Lahore, Punjab, and is intended to improve sanitation and public health standards in the specified ward area.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid business registration, relevant experience in solid waste management services, and adequate financial capacity as demonstrated through average annual turnover. All bidders are required to submit a bid security declaration along with their proposals.
