For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
AFIC-NIHD seeks a waste management contractor for non-hazardous daily collection and disposal at their Rawalpindi facility for fiscal 2026-27.
This is a recurring institutional service (one-year contract basis) with stringent operational requirements—garbage pit must be cleared by 08:00 daily, suggesting high-volume or time-sensitive operations. Key friction points: mandatory two-month security deposit upfront, one-month probationary period before formal engagement, and security clearance prerequisite eliminate casual bidders. Tight submission window (10 days to obtain documents and bid) suits established contractors with existing security credentials.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with relevant authority and possess security clearance from government/relevant authorities—a material gate-keeper. NTN/SECP registration typically required for all contractors in Pakistan. No PEC category mentioned (non-construction service). Two-month advance security deposit is a substantive financial requirement. Government institution procurement—only established, vetted contractors need apply.
