Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites bids for hiring services of a LWMC-approved contractor, firm or company to provide comprehensive solid waste management services at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. The scope of work includes sweeping of roads and footpaths, maintenance of greenbelts, collection of solid waste, lifting and transportation of waste, and disposal at the government-approved Lakhodair landfill site. This contract number PIE/P&C/SW/BOM-QIE/26/35 covers all aspects of cleanliness and waste management operations for the industrial estate in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered contractors or companies with LWMC (Lahore Waste Management Company) approval. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents and demonstrate eligibility through relevant documentation establishing their qualifications and experience in similar waste management services. All bidders must comply with minimum wage rate requirements and payment of all applicable taxes as per government regulations.
