Procurement of General Store Items by Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi

Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of general store items under tender number 04/NORMAL/2026-27 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses a diverse range of general stores including abrasive pads, chemical compounds, tools, hardware, safety equipment, and packaging materials as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement process conducted in accordance with PPRA Regulations, with bids to be submitted to the depot located at Fort Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab.

Eligible bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers, authorized agents or distributors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with the Directorate General Defense Purchase, Directorate General Procurement-Army, relevant Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, or Pakistan Engineering Council. Bidders are required to deposit bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated bid value within five working days of request from COD Rawalpindi. Failure to submit complete documents or to present technical proposal, financial proposal, and vendor qualification documents in separate sealed envelopes will result in outright rejection of the bid.

Complete tender documents must be collected from the Local Purchase Office at Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi, during working hours between 0830 and 1530 hours. Sealed bids comprising separate technical and financial proposal envelopes, along with vendor profile and qualification documents in a separate envelope, must be delivered before 1030 hours on 31 July 2026. Bid opening will take place at 1100 hours on the same date in the Conference Room with bidder representatives in attendance.
