Fish Feed Supply for Trout Hatchery by Deputy Director Fisheries Mansehra

The Deputy Director Fisheries, Mansehra invites sealed tenders from authorized agents and dealers duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of fish feed required for trout fish at Trout Hatchery Shinu, Kaghan in Mansehra district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated tender value is Rs. 4.5 million for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement shall be carried out through ePADS under the Open Competitive Bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 6(2)(b) of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Items required include prepared fish feed in three categories: pellet feed (CP 40%), crumb feed (CP 45-55%), and powder feed (CP 45-55%), along with non-competition items such as hen eggs, rock salt, beef liver, and various vitamins and mineral mixtures for animals.

Bidders must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates. A call deposit receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 90,000 (2% of total bid value) from a recognized bank must be uploaded on ePADS along with all required supporting documents. In case of multiple firm ownership, the bid should be submitted under only one firm's name. All bids must be submitted online through the ePADS website on or before 3rd August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bank cheques are not acceptable for the call deposit requirement. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders under KPPRA Rules.

Bid documents and detailed specifications are available on the ePADS website, the KPPRA website, and the Department's official website. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All items must be supplied in the required quantity and quality within the stipulated time directly to Trout Hatchery Shinu, Kaghan. The rates quoted shall remain valid up to 30th June 2027.
