Description / Scope of Work
PAF Base Murid in Chakwal is inviting sealed quotations from well-reputed and Sales Tax or Income Tax registered firms, suppliers and contractors for the supply of Natural Camouflaging Fund Items, Conservancy Grant Items, Sports Ground Items, Sports Activities Items, and Hot Weather Appliances for the fiscal year 2026-27 running from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The procurement scope includes sapling seeds, manure, fertilizer, arboriculture implements, lawn mowers, sheds for saplings, lime, flowerpots, paints, insecticides, pesticides, plants, trees, camouflaging paints, and water pumps under Natural Camouflaging. Conservancy items cover all types of brooms, dustbins in steel or plastic, brushes, mops, wipers, cleaning supplies including surf, vim, floor polish, phenyl, toilet cleaner, bathroom cleaner, and garbage bags of all sizes. Sports Ground Items encompass earth filing, leveling, grass planting, cricket pitch preparation, maintenance, goal posts, wooden squash court floors, floodlights, mesh wire fencing, and grass cutting machines. Sports Activities Items include balls, nets, gloves, pads, athletics equipment, discus, hammers, pole-vaults, javelins, and sports gears. Hot Weather Appliances comprise water jars, coolers, glasses, jugs, mugs, waster sets, and repair or maintenance services.
Interested bidders must be Sales Tax and Income Tax registered firms or contractors. A Bank Draft of Rs.150,000 is required as Bid Security; crossed cheques shall not be accepted. Bid security of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned in accordance with PPRA Rules. The bids shall be accepted provisionally and final award shall remain subject to verification of the bidder's financial standing and completion of all organizational formalities. Quotations are tentative and may increase or decrease subject to availability of funds and authorization. Payment shall be made through crossed cheque after approval by the competent financial authority and deduction of applicable Government taxes. Evaluation criteria are given on the PPRA website.
