701 Regional Workshop EME Okara Cantt invites tenders for the supply of expendables and A-IN-U (All Items Not Used) spares through single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). The detailed itemized list of required items is available from the LP office at 701 Regional Workshop EME Okara Cantt, Punjab, with interested firms required to bring blank CDs for collection of comprehensive tender documents. This procurement is referenced as Inquiry Number 01/2026-27 and will be uploaded on the PPRA website for public access.
Participating firms must be registered with 701 Regional Workshop EME Okara Cantt and possess valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificates. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes with both hard and soft copies on CD. All quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and remain valid until 31 June 2027. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all government taxes including GST, income tax, and custom duty. Items with no brands mentioned will be rejected, and only ITD Directorate GHQ and HIT approved brands are acceptable for indigenous category items. Firms must provide 100% applicability certificates, trade links with manufacturers, proof of procurement sources, and original proforma invoices with technical offers.
