Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Navy Sector E-9, Naval Headquarters Islamabad invites sealed quotations from registered firms and importers for the purchase of Sports Shooting Kits at PN Firing Range North. This procurement notice is open to eligible suppliers meeting government registration and compliance requirements. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and reach the undersigned office before 20 July 2026 at 1100 hours, with tender opening scheduled for 1130 hours the same day in the presence of authorized representatives of participating firms and importers.
Only registered firms and importers with valid government of Pakistan registration for sales tax, NTN, and professional taxes are eligible to participate. Prospective bidders must not be blacklisted and must submit a non-refundable quotation fee of Rs. 2,000. Firms and importers already registered with any defence organization are required to submit relevant documents along with their quotations. Tender documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for purchase of Sports Shooting Kits at PN Firing Range North Sector E-9, Naval Headquarters Islamabad along with all complete documentation and the non-refundable quotation fee of Rs. 2,000. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules, and reasons for rejection may be communicated upon request.
