Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of sports ammunition under tender number B2011360189. This procurement is issued through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, and is governed by PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure and Instructions DPP&I-35 (Revised 2019). The tender scope covers the supply of sports ammunition as detailed in the Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2), with technical and commercial offers required from qualified bidders. Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be registered or willing to register with DGDP (Directorate General Defence Purchase) to qualify for contract award, which is subject to security clearance. DGDP-registered firms must submit a Bank Challan of Rs. 200, while all other firms must submit Rs. 300 in favour of CMA(DP). Requisite documents include DP-1 and DP-2 forms with compliance remarks, manufacturer authorization letters where applicable, price lists, tax filing proof, and DGDP registration letters if applicable. Earnest money must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope as per tender specifications.
Tenders must be submitted in three sealed envelopes containing technical offer in duplicate, earnest money, and commercial offer respectively. Technical offers will be opened first, half an hour after the tender receipt deadline specified in DP-2, followed by commercial offer evaluation. The tender opening date is 11 August 2026.
