Karachi Port Trust invites electronic bids from registered bidders for the allotment of two residential and commercial plots located at M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, Sindh under PPRA rules 36(a) for a lease period of 25 years. Plot 5-C comprises 1,622 square metres with a bid security of Rs 8,817,781, while Plot 17-C comprises 1,505 square metres with a bid security of Rs 8,181,727. This tender is advertised in Daily The News and interested bidders must register on the e-PADS 2.0 platform to participate in the bidding process.
Only bidders registered on e-PADS 2.0 are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all applicable government taxes as per the standard format provided in the bidding documents.
