For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Pakistan Coast Guards seeks GST-registered workshops for a 12-month vehicle and marine asset maintenance contract across six Sindh locations (Karachi to Gwadar).
Work spans engine overhauls, body work, electrical/drivetrain repairs, and consumable parts—typical operational support for a paramilitary fleet. Scale suggests recurring small-to-medium projects rather than capital intensive work. Tight 8-month delivery window (Aug 2026–June 2027) with rates locked until mid-2027 may constrain pricing flexibility. Multi-location coverage favors contractors with distributed workshop capacity or subcontracting networks.
Who can bid: GST registration mandatory. Bidders must be suppliers or workshop contractors operating in Sindh and specified locations. PPRA pre-qualification rules 15–18 apply; typically requires NTN, proof of operational capacity, and valid business registration. False or incomplete qualification claims trigger disqualification under PPRA Rule 18.
