Supply and Fabrication of Containers and Dustbins by TMA Gadezai

Tehsil Municipal Administration, Gadezai Buner, KPK invites sealed bids under national competitive bidding for the procurement and fabrication of sanitation equipment. The tender covers supply and fabrication of 23 containers complete in all respects and 15 dustbins complete in all respects, as per detailed specifications to be provided in the bid solicitation documents. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014 and is open to manufacturers and fabricators registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and KPK Revenue Authority, with current Active Tax Payer List status.

Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA as reflected on the Active Tax Payer List. All quotations must be accompanied by valid NTN and tax payer certificates from both KPRA and FBR; quotations received without these documents will be rejected. Bidders are required to submit bid security at 2 percent of the quoted rate in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in the name of TMO TMA Gadezai. Bank guarantees and cross cheques are not acceptable as earnest money. The successful bidder must provide one-year warranty for replacement or repair of the procured goods and must pay all applicable Provincial and Federal Government taxes.

Bid solicitation documents containing detailed descriptions, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of Tehsil Municipal Administration during working hours Monday to Friday by depositing Rs 2000 (non-refundable), or downloaded from ePADS portal. Documents are also available at www.kppra.gov.pk. Quotations must reach the TMA Gadezai office on 3rd August 2026 by 2:00 PM through registered courier services only; hand deliveries and late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
