For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two distinct infrastructure projects in Kohat: classroom addition (~Rs13.4B) and hospital trauma center upgrade (~Rs568.5M).
Combined value suggests medium-to-large capacity requirement. Classroom project uses simplified single-envelope process; hospital project uses two-envelope competitive bidding. Both are ADP-funded government work with standard PEC/KPPRA compliance. Closing dates differ materially (2028 vs 2026)—verify actual deadline before bid preparation, as notice contains inconsistency. One-off capital projects, not recurring.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory. Active taxpayer status under KPPRA/Finance Act 2013 required. Bidders must pay 0.03% of tender cost as entry fee (non-refundable). Typically, firms must also hold valid NTN and be compliant with SECP if limited company structure. No other explicit restrictions stated.
