Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department invites sealed competitive bids for special and petty repairs of police vehicles during the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement encompasses comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the police vehicle fleet, including mechanical repairs, bodywork restoration, and routine upkeep across all police stations and offices in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The tender covers both special repairs and petty repairs under a consolidated contracting arrangement, with services to be executed at designated police facilities and authorized repair workshops throughout the region.
Bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in vehicle repair and maintenance operations. Prospective bidders are required to obtain detailed bid documents from the Police Department Office, with bids submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 5th August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately. Bid security and earnest money deposits are mandatory in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules. Contractors must hold valid GST registration and comply with all provincial procurement regulations.
Bid documents are available from the office of the undersigned on or before the closing date. Sealed bids will be opened on 5th August 2026 at 12:00 noon in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Interested parties should contact the relevant DSP or HQrs office for detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and technical requirements. The award of contract will be subject to technical evaluation and budgetary approval under the relevant procurement procedures outlined in KPPRA Rules and MTO guidelines.
