Description / Scope of Work
District Headquarters Hospital Chakwal, located in Chakwal, Punjab, invites applications from qualified contractors for a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contract to establish and operate a canteen facility for the fiscal year 2026-27. The contract scope includes constructing, operating, and maintaining a fully functional canteen facility within hospital premises for a five-year tenure commencing August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The initial annual contract value is PKR 2,850,000 with an annual escalation of 10 percent. All bid documents, terms of reference (TORs), architectural layouts, and design specifications are attached as annexures and must be strictly adhered to during construction and operations.
Eligible bidders must obtain and complete detailed technical bid forms as per prescribed annexures, demonstrating financial capacity and operational experience in institutional food services. A bid security of PKR 300 on stamp paper and 60 percent marks on technical evaluation forms are mandatory submission requirements. Successful bidders must deposit 50 percent of the annual contract value immediately upon approval, with remaining installments distributed across the contract period. All foodstuff procurement requires prior hospital administration approval, and pricing must comply with rates fixed by municipal/government authorities.

Sealed bids must be submitted by July 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 AM in the hospital's conference room.
