Govt. Mian Munshi DHQ Teaching Hospital Lahore invites interested individuals, firms and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in an e-auction for the operation of its canteen, cafeteria and food shops for a period of one year. The reserve price for this public auction is set at 1,000,000 Pakistani Rupees (One Million) per annum. The tender reference number is IPL-7186. The scope includes the exclusive right to operate all food service facilities within the hospital premises located in Lahore, Punjab. The facility is situated in a high-traffic institutional location near the OPD block with an area of approximately 396 square feet, offering substantial footfall from patients, visitors and staff.
Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10 percent of the reserve price in the form of bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt or demand draft payable to order (PDO). Eligible bidders are those duly registered with relevant commercial and tax authorities. All participants must comply with the Auction Policy 2025 as notified by the SHC&ME Department. The auction shall be conducted through the e-Auction portal in accordance with established procurement regulations.
