For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Three bundled works: cafeteria setup (new facility), hostel maintenance/repairs, and FY 2026-27 routine M&R at MTI Mardan.
Medium-scale institutional contract under framework agreement with potential for renewal on performance. Dual maintenance packages suggest ongoing relationship. Two-percent bid security requirement typical for government health contracts. August 2026 closure allows preparation time but framework nature indicates this may recur annually—verify renewal terms before bidding.
Who can bid: PEC C-5 registration mandatory. Must be FBR-registered, on Active Tax Payer list, and registered with KP Revenue Authority. Typically, bidders also require valid NTN, SECP registration if limited company, and no debarment from KPPRA. Sole proprietors need CNIC and tax registration.
