Tender Details
Description / Scope of Work
The Local Purchase Division of Pakistan Navy has invited tenders for the supply of miscellaneous naval stores and equipment, to be opened on 03-08-2026. The tender bulletin covers items such as 650VA UPS with AVR, SFP modules, 4TB surveillance hard disks (SATA) for CCTV/NVR systems, a motor protective circuit breaker for main A/C, and a GPS/GPS map outfitting item for RHIB craft, each listed against specific LPR numbers with quantities, part numbers, NSN codes and manufacturer details. The procurement falls under Sindh province and is intended for Pakistan Navy's operational and logistics requirements.
Both registered and unregistered firms may participate. All bidders, registered or not, must pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 500 per quotation via bank draft, pay order, cross cheque or online transfer into the specified PN Nonpublic Fund account, with proof of online deposit attached to the quotation if paid online. Non-registered firms are additionally required to submit a bank guarantee equal to 5% of the purchase order value, valid for six months, before a purchase order is issued; such firms are encouraged to register with HQ COMLOG to avoid this requirement.
Interested firms may obtain further details or clarification from the Local Purchase Division via telephone, email or WhatsApp message. Standard delivery timelines are 15 days for locally available items and 45 days for imported items, and any lab testing charges are to be borne by the supplying firm. Bids are to be submitted per the LPR numbers listed in the tender bulletin, with contact available at 021-48508524, 021-48508828, WhatsApp 92-322-0188121, and emails clp@paknavy.gov.pk or localpurchasedivision@gmail.com.
For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a low-value, multi-item stores tender covering small quantities (1-41 units) of electronics, IT peripherals, CCTV storage and marine navigation accessories rather than a single large contract, suggesting suppliers of consumer electronics, IT hardware, security equipment or marine parts could bid on individual line items rather than the whole lot. The strict requirement for CHINA-origin ST4000VX000 hard disks and Garmin-specific GPS units narrows the supplier pool for those particular items, while unregistered firms face an added cost via the 5% bank guarantee, making prior COMLOG registration financially advantageous for firms expecting repeat business with Pakistan Navy.
Who can bid: Both registered and unregistered firms may quote, but unregistered firms must furnish a 5% bank guarantee of the PO value; registration with HQ COMLOG is encouraged to avoid this. The notice does not specify PEC or SECP requirements; typically such supply tenders require a valid NTN, business registration and relevant vendor registration with the procuring department.
