Window Blinds Supply and Installation at Aman Tower 7th Floor by IBA

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the supply and installation of roller window blinds at Aman Tower 7th Floor. This Request for Quotation RFQ-003891 covers two types of window blind installations with a combined scope of 20 windows across Sindh province. Item 1 requires 12 roller window blinds measuring 5 feet 4 inches by 6 feet (32 square feet each), while Item 2 specifies 8 roller window blinds measuring 2 feet 6 inches by 6 feet (15 square feet each). All blinds must be complete with rollers, brackets, control mechanisms, and accessories, manufactured from durable UV-resistant and easy-to-clean fabric or material. The colour, fabric, and finish are subject to Engineer/Client approval. Delivery location is the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi.

Vendors must visit the site and take exact measurements before quoting. General Sales Tax of 18 percent applies to all quoted rates. The material is subject to final inspection upon delivery, and IBA reserves the right to cancel items if they do not meet specifications or if delivery is delayed. Liquidity damage at 2 percent per month will be imposed for delayed delivery. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee, and stamp duty of 0.35 percent on the total purchase order value will be levied. IBA also reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons, to change or alter any item or quantity, and to issue the purchase order to the lowest responsive bidder for single or multiple items.

Vendors are required to submit their quotations by 24 July 2026 at 11:00 AM to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi. A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 at 12 noon at IBA City Campus.
