Supply of Travel Mugs by Institute of Business Administration Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision and supply of travel mugs under tender reference PS/01/26-27. This single stage one envelope tender is open to eligible bidders across Sindh province. Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA ePADS portal. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000, which must be generated as a challan from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Issuance of tender documents commences on July 17, 2026 from 09:00 AM and closes on July 31, 2026 at 03:00 PM.

Only active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities are eligible to bid. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated bid value must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. Bidders must ensure all original documents, including the signed and stamped original bid and bid security, are physically delivered to IBA Karachi Main Campus at Karachi University Enclave before the bid opening schedule. Supporting documentation must accompany all submissions.

Bid documents with copies of bid security and supporting papers should be uploaded on the SPPRA ePADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids will be opened on July 31, 2026 at 03:30 PM at IBA Main Campus in the presence of bidders' representatives.
