For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual rate-contract style procurement covering six distinct lots of varying scale, from small stationery and printing needs to a sizeable Rs. 20 million grocery/food supply lot. Bidders can compete for individual lots rather than the whole package, which lowers entry barriers for smaller suppliers focused on niche categories like transport parts or printing. Since awards are lot-specific, firms should assess which category matches their core trading strength rather than bidding broadly.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders typically include registered firms, companies, sole proprietors or JVs engaged in trading, holding valid NTN, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registration. The notice explicitly requires registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities plus submission of the prescribed bid security per lot.
