For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a relatively small-value stationery/office-supplies contract (Rs. 2.8 million estimate), likely attractive to local printing, binding or stationery suppliers rather than large corporates. The tight 90-day price validity and a 0.15% per day delay penalty clause signal the Bank expects prompt, reliable delivery within Lahore. Being a one-time HR record-keeping item, repeat business potential exists if performance is satisfactory, but no framework/rate-contract language is stated.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify PEC, SECP or NTN registration requirements explicitly, but bidders typically must be registered taxpayers able to quote GST-inclusive prices in Pak Rupees and capable of submitting bid security via PSID/Bank Guarantee, as required for participation on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
