For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual stationery supply contract for a public cardiology hospital, likely moderate in value given it covers only general store stationery rather than medical consumables. Suppliers with existing e-PADS registration and stationery trading credentials have an edge since new registration can delay participation. The 2% bid security and 180-day validity are standard, but the requirement to quote both brand names signals the institute wants branded, traceable products rather than generic stock, which may favor established distributors over small traders.
Who can bid: Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers registered on e-PADS along with relevant tax and registration authorities. Typically NTN, GST registration, and firm registration certificates are required for such general store supply tenders, alongside the mandatory 2% bid security instrument.
