For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a single-branch renovation contract of modest value (roughly Rs. 13.45 million estimated cost) with a tight 45-day completion window, suggesting a straightforward interior/civil fit-out rather than major structural work. Being located in Mankera, a smaller town in Bhakkar district, competition may be lower than for Lahore-based tenders, favoring regional contractors with local labor access. As a one-off branch renovation rather than a framework agreement, there is no indication of recurring work beyond this project.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify a PEC category, but contractors typically require valid PEC registration in an appropriate construction category, NTN and GST/sales tax registration, and demonstrated experience in commercial building renovation to qualify for this type of bank branch renovation contract under PPRA rules.
