For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a small-value, recurring annual maintenance contract (~Rs. 1.15 million) for a hospital's water reverse osmosis system, likely renewed yearly and suited to local Islamabad-based service providers with prior water treatment/plumbing servicing experience rather than large contractors. The tight one-day gap between bid submission and opening (30 minutes) suggests a straightforward, low-competition procurement, but bidders must ensure e-stamp bid security paperwork physically reaches the hospital before the electronic deadline, which can trip up first-time e-procurement bidders unfamiliar with Punjab's portal requirements.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI. The notice does not specify PEC or specialized water-treatment licensing, but typically firms bidding for WRO/RO plant maintenance are expected to demonstrate relevant technical experience, NTN/GST registration, and financial capacity to service hospital equipment.
