Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites sealed quotations for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new water filtration system at the Regional Office (R.O) in Hyderabad, Sindh Province. This is a complete package and turnkey basis tender under the single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender is being administered through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) platform. The project scope includes full supply, installation, comprehensive testing, and commissioning of the water filtration system with all associated works required to make the system fully operational at the SSGC Hyderabad office location.
Eligibility requirements are stringent and mandatory. The bidding organisation must be certified with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certifications. Additionally, the bidder must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at a minimum of C-6 category. The supplier must be active in the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Tax Payer List (ATL) at the time of bid submission. An earnest money deposit of PKR 60,000 in the form of a fixed bid bond is required from all participants.
Bid documents are available online on the SSGC website for viewing purposes only and must be downloaded from the EPADS portal after registration. Bidders are required to submit sealed quotations in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the Tender Room, CRD Building, Ground Floor, SSGC Head Office Complex, Karachi 75300, before the closing deadline of 20 July 2026 at 1130 hours. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 1200 hours. All documents must be digitally uploaded on EPADS before the deadline; otherwise the bid will be rejected.
