For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a recurring registration exercise rather than a one-off contract, aimed at empanelling pharmacies for ongoing day-to-day medicine and surgical disposable supply via PITB's online quotation portal, which suggests repeat business opportunities for registered vendors throughout FY2026-27. The requirement for a valid Drug Sales License restricts participation to licensed pharmacies, narrowing the competitive field. The strict binding, page-marking and signing requirements indicate the hospital is rigorous about technical compliance, so incomplete or loosely bound submissions risk outright rejection regardless of pricing.
Who can bid: Only pharmacies holding a valid Drug Sales License (DSL) issued on Form 9 by the licensing authority are eligible. Bidders typically also require NTN, GST/sales tax registration, and relevant firm registration documents, though these are not explicitly listed in this notice.
