For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual rate/framework contract for outsourced diagnostic imaging (MRI, EEG, EMG, NCS, Mammography), suiting established diagnostic labs with existing machine infrastructure rather than new entrants. Preference for full-service, ISO/PHC-certified centres narrows the field, and the mandatory anesthesia and bariatric (100kg+) MRI provisions add operational complexity bidders must price carefully, since failure to arrange alternate facilities risks payment deductions from the contractor.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered diagnostic centres/labs with active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, enrolled on the Punjab e-Procurement System, and not blacklisted by PPRA or the hospital. ISO certification and Punjab Healthcare Commission registration are preferred; typically NTN, GST registration, and relevant medical facility licensing are also required for this diagnostic services category.
