Karandaaz Pakistan has issued Request for Quotation No. 008 inviting sealed bids from tax-registered suppliers, authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers for the supply of 15 laptops required for its Islamabad office. The laptops must be high-end business machines featuring Intel Core Ultra7 258V processors, 32GB LPDDR5x RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, 14-inch WUXGA displays, Wi-Fi 7, Windows 11 Pro, and Microsoft Office Pro 2024, delivered on a DAP basis to the Karandaaz office at Ali Plaza, D Chowk, Blue Area, Islamabad, Federal region of Pakistan, within 30 days of purchase order issuance.

Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days after the submission deadline, and Sales Tax must be quoted separately from the base price.
Interested bidders must submit three separate sealed document sets covering pre-qualification requirements, mandatory technical requirements, and a password-protected financial quotation in both Excel and PDF formats, packaged together in a larger sealed envelope. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a small, one-off procurement of 15 premium laptops with tightly defined high-spec requirements (Intel Core Ultra7 258V, on-package 32GB RAM, Wi-Fi 7), meaning only authorized dealers of specific brands like Dell, Lenovo, or HP with Lunar Lake-based models can realistically qualify. The narrow six-day bidding window and mandatory manufacturer datasheet evidence favor established IT resellers already carrying compliant stock, and Least Cost Technically Acceptable scoring means price alone decides among qualified bidders.
Who can bid: Bidders must be tax-registered with valid NTN and hold authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller certification from the laptop manufacturer; SECP registration is typically expected for corporate suppliers though not explicitly stated. Bids failing to fully meet technical specifications or lacking supporting documentation will be disqualified.
