For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a wide-scope annual rate contract covering diverse categories from fuel to IT equipment, meaning multiple vendors could win different lots rather than one supplier taking everything. SMEs should focus on specific lots matching their core business (e.g., stationery or IT) rather than bidding across all categories. The 2% bid security per lot and EPADS registration requirement add procedural overhead that smaller unregistered firms may find restrictive. Since this is an annual recurring contract, establishing a relationship now could yield repeat business in future fiscal years.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS, hold valid FBR and PRA registration where applicable, and demonstrate past performance/experience in the relevant supply category. Typically, firms are also expected to have NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and a clean non-blacklisting record to qualify for government supply tenders of this nature.
