Description / Scope of Work
304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt, located in Punjab, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various spares and equipment as detailed in Annexure A of the tender inquiry. The procurement is conducted under PPRA Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure with a tender validity period of one year till 30 June 2027. Interested firms must obtain detailed itemized lists from the Local Purchase Office at the depot and bring blank CDs for collection of comprehensive tender documents.
Eligibility criteria require that participating firms must be registered with 304 Spares Depot EME or other Defence Organizations and GHQ security cleared. Bidders must provide proof of financial capability through bank statements, Sales Tax Registration or NTN certificates, CNIC copies of authorized personnel, and relevant industry registration documents. For imported items, firms must submit agency agreements proving capability to supply from principals. A bid security of 0.5 Million Rupees must be furnished as CDR in the name of Commandant 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt. Firms with pending deliveries from previous financial years are ineligible to participate.
Bidders must submit technical offers in two copies (hard and soft copy on CD) and commercial offers in one copy (hard and soft copy on CD) in separately sealed envelopes marked accordingly. Quotations must be submitted before 11:00 hours on 04 August 2026 in a properly sealed envelope addressed to the Local Purchase Officer. Technical offers will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date and sent for scrutiny; commercial offers of only technically accepted firms will be opened subsequently. Firms are required to quote all rates in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes and must provide 100% applicability certificates, trader links to manufacturers, proforma invoices, and technical brochures supporting all specifications.
