Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the supply of five units of aviation hoses measuring 2.5 inches diameter and 20 feet clear length (without fittings) for delivery to the Sihala Installation in Sindh province. The hoses must conform to Hose Type F, Grade 2 specifications and applicable international standards including EI 1522, EI 1529, EN ISO 1825 and NFPA 407 in their latest editions. Each hose shall be supplied as a single piece with durable identification labels at intervals not exceeding two meters, including manufacturer details, type, grade, serial or batch numbers, quarter and year of manufacture, and maximum working pressure ratings. Reference number SAP 6100017468 applies to this procurement.
Vendors must be capable of providing test certificates issued by the original equipment manufacturer or approved distributor with the consignment at delivery, detailing the hose body manufacturer, coupling manufacturer, applicable standards, hose specifications, serial numbers, manufacture dates and initial test pressure. All quoted rates must be inclusive of government taxes and transportation charges. Item acceptance is subject to inspection by the relevant Location Engineer. Manufacturing date at time of delivery shall not exceed one year from production. Vendors must submit copies of letters of credit, import documents and customs clearing certificates where applicable, along with documentary evidence from the OEM verifying originality of the hoses.
Bid documents must be obtained and quotations submitted by 4 August 2026. Delivery is required within 120 days of purchase order issuance. Late deliveries attract penalty charges at 0.1 percent of undelivered quantity value per day, capped at 10 percent of total work order value. PSO reserves the right to modify quantities post-opening based on requirements or budget constraints.
