Description / Scope of Work
Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites e-bids from eligible manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals for the supply of General Store CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) items during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is conducted through a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions in English are available for immediate download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) platform. The scope covers provision of sterile supply department items required for hospital operations in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. Participants must possess valid registration with appropriate authorities to participate in government procurement. Bidders are required to submit 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots as mentioned in the tender documents, in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's cheque accompanying the Technical Proposal. The original bid security must be physically submitted on or before the time of e-Bid opening at the Purchase Section, Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore.
e-Bids must be submitted online on or before 03 August 2026 at 10:30 am through the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at the address provided. Bid validity extends for 180 days from the date of bid opening. Items must be quoted in both Technical and Financial Proposals with brand names. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Section, Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore during working hours before the e-Bid opening date. Hard copies of e-bids are not required; submission is entirely electronic.
