For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
WSSP is auctioning two lots of scrap on the same date: used water supply equipment and general items (Zone-D) with PKR 50,000 security, and vehicle scrap including tires and batteries (Zones B-C) with PKR 20,000 security. The sale is on as-is-where-is basis requiring immediate clearance within 10-15 working days post-award. This is a one-off disposal event rather than an ongoing contract. Bidders must be prepared for rapid mobilization and removal; typical winners are scrap recyclers or traders with immediate collection capacity. Base price remains undisclosed until auction opening.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state registration or PEC requirements. Typically, scrap auction bidders in Pakistan are required to hold valid CNIC, provide SECP or NTN registration if organized as a company, and submit proof of bank account for deposit. Individual traders and small enterprises are normally eligible if they can meet bid security and payment deadlines.
