Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites electronic bids for Nuclear Medicine services during the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must submit 2% bid security of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots in the form of bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, demand draft, pay order, or banker's cheque alongside the technical proposal. The original bid security must be submitted in hard copy to the Purchase Section at Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore before the e-bid opening, along with soft copies uploaded on the e-PADS portal. Item quotations must include both brand names in both technical and financial proposals. Bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening.
E-bids shall be submitted online on or before 3 August 2026 at 10:30 am through https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Opening of submitted bids will occur on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Jail Road, Lahore. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Section during working hours before the e-bid opening date. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
