Three concurrent framework contracts for pharmaceutical supply totaling 52 million rupees across local purchase, Sehat Sahulat Program, and emergency procurement categories. These are recurring annual contracts for government hospital operations in Punjab, indicating stable demand and multi-year potential if performance is satisfactory. Tight submission deadline (August 2026) suggests this is a replacement cycle for existing framework arrangements. Bidders must maintain e-procurement portal compliance and satisfy blacklist verification requirements.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered suppliers not under blacklisting by DHQ Hospital Pakpattan or PPRA. Government-owned enterprises require legal and financial autonomy and commercial law operation status. Typically, pharmaceutical suppliers require PEC registration (if applicable), NTN for taxation, and pharmaceutical distribution licenses from relevant provincial health authority.
