Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Highway Patrol Sargodha Region invites e-bids for procurement of miscellaneous items and services under framework contract for financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes five categories: POL charges and lubricants (estimated PKR 10 million), stationery (PKR 2.5 million), printing and publications (PKR 2.2 million), transport services (PKR 10 million), and other miscellaneous items (PKR 2.5 million), with a combined estimated value of PKR 27.2 million. The tender is open to registered firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized dealers engaged in trading and registered with relevant tax and registration authorities. All procurements will be conducted through the e-Procurement System under PPRA Rule 12 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each category must be submitted in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order of a scheduled bank in favour of SP PHP Sargodha before the e-bid submission deadline. Upon acceptance, successful bidders shall deposit a performance guarantee of 5 percent of the total contract value as deposit at call. All bids must comprise a single package containing both technical and financial proposals inclusive of all taxes.
