Description / Scope of Work
Social Security Hospital (SSH), Jauharabad invites bids through the E-Procurement System (E-PS) for a framework contract on an item-wise basis to supply X-ray films and chemical items during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to manufacturers, importers, wholesale distributors and suppliers registered with the E-Procurement System and PPRA. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 15,00,000 with bidding conducted on a FOR basis at the consignee's end in Jauharabad, Punjab. This is a recurring annual framework contract subject to single stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the E-Procurement System (E-PS) and PPRA, and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI/SSH Jauharabad. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the total quoted bid amount in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order exclusively through Bank of Punjab (BOP) to the office of the Medical Superintendent on or before the closing date and time. Original bid security documents must be physically submitted to avoid automatic rejection of the bid.
