Framework Contract for Hospital Miscellaneous Items by Nawaz Sharif Social Security Teaching Hospital

Nawaz Sharif Social Security Teaching Hospital, Multan Road, Lahore invites bids via e-procurement for a framework contract to purchase hospital miscellaneous items including laundry, plumbing, electrical, welding, carpentry, sanitary, and infection disposal supplies, as well as utility store items for the financial year 2026-2027. The estimated contract value is PKR 2,30,00,000 on FOR basis. This is a significant procurement exercise conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage–Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as mandated by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014.

Eligible bidders must be financially sound, registered with income tax and sales tax authorities, registered with Punjab E-Procurement Systems and PPRA, and well-reputed firms, manufacturers, or authorized distributors. Bidders must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the hospital. The bid security required is two percent of the estimated price. Bidders are required to maintain active sales tax and income tax registration status and demonstrate established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities.
