Supply of Miscellaneous Aviation Spares by Central Aviation Spares Depot

Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms holding valid NTN certificates for the supply of miscellaneous aviation spares under tender reference 81201-EME/LP/26-27/IT-7. The procurement covers approximately 30 items required for the complete financial year 2026-27, though actual purchase quantities may be adjusted based on immediate operational needs. Being shelf-life items, purchase orders will be placed in batches and packages in reduced quantities. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules and regulations governing Government procurement in Pakistan.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Central Aviation Spares Depot or hold valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Pakistan Army. Firms must submit NTN certificates and provide evidence that they are neither defaulters nor blacklisted by any government or military organization. Bid security of five percent of the total bid amount is mandatory and must be submitted as a pay order or bank draft in the name of the Commandant CASD, along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. All items being imported must be accompanied by firm authorization from manufacturers and import licenses as applicable.

Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked and categorized as per annexures. The tender submission deadline is 17 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day at the main gate tender box of CASD Rawalpindi. Bidders or their authorized representatives must attend the opening proceedings; prior written intimation is required if attendance is not possible. Quoted rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027, with delivery periods of one month for local items and three months for imported items.
