The Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA), headquartered in Karachi at Plot No. 34-A Dockyard Road, is conducting a public auction of fourteen used off-road vehicles comprising one Mazda fire tender truck, three KIA Sportage units, one Mitsubishi van, one admin truck, three TLC jeeps, and five Jinching vans. The vehicles range in engine capacity from 1998 cc to 3455 cc with model years spanning 1996 to 2017. The auction is scheduled for 5 August 2026 at 10:00 hours at the PMSA INDUS Plot venue in Karachi, Sindh province. Interested parties may inspect the vehicles from 27 July 2026 to 30 July 2026 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at the auction venue. Separate sealed bids must be submitted for each vehicle with an entry fee of Rs. 2,000 per person payable on the auction day. Bidders must carry original computerized National Identity Card for entry permission. Upon successful bidding, 25 percent of the bid amount must be paid in cash on the spot with the remaining balance due within 7 days; failure to pay within the stipulated period results in forfeiture of the 25 percent advance payment. PMSA will remove the vehicle registration number plate at delivery, and buyers must request new registration within 15 days and inform PMSA headquarters accordingly. Successful bidders are required to deposit 18 percent sales tax on the purchased price in the State Bank of Pakistan. The Director General PMSA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or cancel the auction without assigning reasons.
