For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

NDRMF seeks ongoing office repair and maintenance services at its Islamabad headquarters.
This is facility-level work for a government-linked entity, likely recurring annually or multi-year, suggesting stable revenue potential. Single-stage procurement and tight submission window (closes 06 Aug 2026) indicate NDRMF has prioritized speed over complexity. Bidders must be locally established in Islamabad—geographic restriction limits competition but favors regional operators with existing presence. Scale appears medium: government office maintenance typically spans routine repairs, HVAC, utilities, and minor upgrades rather than major renovation.
Who can bid: Must be registered with tax authorities (FBR/NTN); SECP registration implied by reference to NDRMF's own status but not explicitly required of bidders. Typically, PEC registration (Category G or F) required for construction/maintenance work in Pakistan; however, this notice does not state PEC category—confirm with tender documents. Mandatory PPRA EPAD System V2.0 registration. Local office in Islamabad is a hard requirement.
